The slogan “Et sted for alt som bor i deg” celebrates the diverse palette of opportunities this place has to offer.
Vollebekk is a estate project based on the outskirts of Oslo, in a district called Bjerke. Over a period of ten years, 800 unique homes will be created. The intention of Vollebekk is to build a compact village which suits most people of all ages. The settlement is shaped as a frame around an intimate communal courtyard that everyone has access to and ownership in. Our task was to create a concept and identity as well as a marketing platform that could evolve throughout the project, from area planning starting in 2017 until the last home has been built in around year 2025. Our concept is built around the diversity of the estate projects and the collective feel that is Vollebekk. The slogan “Et sted for alt som bor i deg” celebrates the diverse palette of opportunities this place has to offer. The unique colour scheme reflects the seasonal colours in the Vollebekk area. As mentioned, longevity is key. To meet such requirements the identity has been given a set of rules that encourage playfulness - though with a strict set of rules. The result is an ever-changing identity that does not go out of date. All parts of the identity had to meet OBOS’ set of brand guidelines for estate projects owned by OBOS.
